Style, size, and photo changes


As the bobblehead is a custom product from handmade, once the bobblehead put into production, no modification can be made.

If you have a modification request, please contact us within 48 hours after placing your order. Over 48 hours of the modification request, we will charge the following fees:

 

 

Broken or wrong product solutions

* All products are carefully packaged and crafted, with few breakages or errors.

Once you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours, send the image that can prove the product is damaged or wrong, and explain the areas that didn't meet the requirements (such as wrong hair color, wrong clothes color, misspelled letters, etc)

If you didn't provide the above information within 48 hours after the logistics track shows the receipt, we will not be processed.

The following is the specific damage situation treatment solutions:

Product dissimilar
* Due to the bobblehead is a completely handmade custom product, we can't guarantee 100% similarity to the image you provide.

Within 7 working days of completing your order, we will send an email confirming the proof of the head. (only the head).

Please reply within 24 hours to approve or disapprove. During this period, we will follow your request to modify the proof, until you confirm to approve.

If you didn't reply within 24 hours, we will default that you approve the proof and shipping.



The proof approves: You approved with the proof and will not modify it.
The proof approves by default: We default that you accepted the original proof.
* In the above circumstances, if you receiving the bobblehead and complain dissimilarly, we will not provide redo and refund services.


Cancel the order
Bobbleheads are completely handmade custom products, once the bobblehead is put into production, we will not be fully refunded.

We have consumed labor and product costs, we will charge 50% of the manual fee, only refund 50% of the product fee and shipping fee.



Wrong product from the warehouse
* Due to the negligence of the warehouse staff, you have received the bobblehead of other’s orders.

Please contact us to cs@mybobbleheads.net within 48 hours and attach the pictures and information of the bobblehead, our customer service staff will be happy to help you.

You can choose one of the following solutions:

Return and redo: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping costs. And we will remake your order.
Return and refund: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping cost. After you send the package, we will refund 100% to you.


* Note: Due to the bobblehead is a completely handmade custom product, once the bobblehead is produced, we will not be able to be sold for the second time, so except receiving the wrong bobblehead, we can't accept returns for other reasons.
